For returns outside the EU, the same return window and conditions apply.

Return Shipping

• Customers in Europe: We offer free return shipping for European customers. Please contact our customer support team via Shopify to receive your return label.

• Customers outside Europe: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method through Shopify’s payment system within 30 days.

Exchanges
